step1. simple warm up for 10 min.
step2.
a) 30 crunches.
b) 10 twisted crunches.
c) keep like this 10 times without touching floor.it will reduce belly fat and as well make thigh strong.
step 3 :- plank exercises.
step 4 :- Do This exercises 20 times.
